Scott K. Socol

Over 25 years of experience in a variety of executive level positions in the telecommunications and IT fields. 

After starting his career as an attorney with the Federal Communication Commission, Scott moved into the private sector as international regulatory counsel for several major multinational carriers, including MCI, eventually managing International Relations for much of the western hemisphere.  In this capacity, he negotiated carrier agreements, ensured regulatory compliance, managed P&L for over twenty foreign offices and then moved on to build and operate several telecom start-ups. 

As a result Scott has first hand experience in managing rapid growth in revenues, profitability and network expansion, having dealt with business activities in over 50 countries.

Scott holds a B.A. in Political Science from Guilford College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
